STATE-OF-THE-ART WAX EXTRACTION AND POURING


With fast start-up and closely controlled temperatures, this environment-friendly boilerclave safety and efficiently extracts wax from the ceramic molds. Used wax is automatically reclaimed and reconditioned in house and returned for repeated use in subsequent gating systems.	State-of-the-art induction furnaces and highly trained melting crews, combined with computer-controlled chemical analysis and controlled grain size in most air melt alloys.

STANDARD LINEAR TOLERANCES: Normal linear tolerance on an investment casting can be +/-.025cm for up to 2.5cm (+/-.010" for up to 1"), and +/-.005cm (+/-,005") for each additional centimeter (inch) thereafter.	PREMIUM TOLERANCES require additional operations and achieve closer tolerances on selected dimensions. The tolerance achieved will depend on the alloy and the component design.
